摘要: 骨架作为石英挠性加速度计中的关键零件,具有薄壁、高精度的特点,尤其对于新型铍骨架的异形孔加工,其刚性差,极易产生大变形甚至破裂。通过将有限元仿真和实验相结合,深入研究了辅助支撑方式对工件变形情况的影响规律,使得大变形和破裂情况得到有效控制,成功加工出符合技术要求的铍骨架样品,对于提升石英挠性加速度计的精度和稳定性具有重要意义。

Abstract: As a major part in the quartz flexible accelerometer,coil is always thin-walled and precise.Especially for the coil made of beryllium,the abnormal hole is relatively difficult to be milled because of its low rigidity.Great deformation and even fracture are regularly happening in the machining of beryllium coil.Through the Finite Element Method (FEM) and experiments,the deformation law under auxiliary supporting is achieved.With this technic,great deformation and fracture are effectually controlled and high quality manufactures are brought out.It is significative for improving the precision and stability of the quartz flexible accelerometer.
