Studies of fatigue life on chain plate of plate chain hopper hoisting machine

摘要: 链条是NSE型提升机的核心部件,其断裂失效给用户带来较大的生产成本和安全隐患,研究提高链条使用寿命的方法和措施具有重要的意义。针对链条的失效形式,分析其失效原因,采用有限元分析方法对链条结构进行静力分析,验证链条的结构设计满足静强度要求,计算零件S-N曲线,进一步分析疲劳寿命,得出疲劳破坏是链条内链板断裂失效的主要原因。疲劳寿命分析结果与生产实际中内链板平均使用寿命非常接近,表明疲劳仿真分析结果是有效的,并从制造工艺和使用方面提出相应的改进措施。改进后,在实际应用中链条的使用寿命显著提高,因此,在客观上无法进行试验研究时,可以借助疲劳仿真分析的手段较为准确地模拟零件的疲劳寿命试验。

Abstract: The chain is the core component of NSE elevator.The chain fracture brings to users the larger production costs and safety concerns.It is of great importance to improve the service life of the chain by research the measures and methods.In view of the chain failure modes,to analyze the failure reasons,the chain structure had been analyzed by finite method on the static strength analysis.It was proved the structure design of the chain satisfies the requirement of static strength.The S-N curve of the parts was calculated,The fatigue life of the chain was analyzed further,It is concluded that the main causes of failure is fatigue damage on the chain.The fatigue analysis results are very close with the average service life of chain plate in the actual production,it was showed that the fatigue simulation is effective,and the corresponding improvement measures was put forward from the aspects of manufacture process and use.After the implementation of improvement measures,the service life of the chain has increased dramatically in practice.Therefore,when the experimental research is not carry out objectively,it is feasible to obtain more accurate simulation of the fatigue life test by fatigue analysis for the parts.
