摘要: 飞机构型管理是一个复杂的系统性协作问题,构型控制研制中涉及许多学科和部门的有效沟通和协作,沟通成本高、效率低,一直是型号研制和批生产中的技术难点。通过版本、版次的演变以及更改流程模型的实践研究,提出构型对象相互关系的三维表达模型以及构型项信息表达模型。在三维可视化更改的应用验证基础上,进一步论证了构型管理工作与三维研制环境之间的正确关系。构型管理的三维化技术应用将极大地提高研制过程的自动化水平。

Abstract: Aircraft configuration management is a complex systematic cooperation problem,configuration control involves effective communication and collaboration among many disciplines and departments in the development process,high communication cost and low efficiency have been the technical difficulties in model development and batch production.By the evolution of version and edition and the practicing research on changing the process model,proposed the relationship of configuration object’s 3D expression model and configuration item’s expression model.The correct relationship between configuration management and 3D development environment is further demonstrated based on the application verification which changing by 3D visualization.The application of 3D technology in configuration management will greatly improve the automation level during the development process.
