摘要: 为了实现小直径固体火箭发动机包覆层厚度实时、非接触且高精度的测量,设计了一套应用激光位移传感器实现高精度的非接触式测量系统。本系统通过伺服控制系统、大长度悬臂梁、激光位移传感器以及计算机控制系统的精密结合,保证了系统能够精准的对包覆层厚度进行实时在线测量。主要介绍了系统的构成、检测原理、误差分析以及部分实验分析。该系统操作简单、精度高且稳定性好,可以实现对小直径固体火箭发动机包覆层厚度的非接触实时在线的高精度测量,满足现场测量要求。

Abstract: In order to realize the real time,non-contact and high precision measurement of the coating thickness of the small diameter solid rocket motor,a non-contact measurement system using laser displacement sensor is designed.The system is combined with the servo control system,the large length cantilever beam,the laser displacement sensor and the computer control system to ensure that the system can accurately measure the thickness of the coated layer in real time.It mainly introduces the structure of the system,the detection principle,the error analysis and some experimental analysis.The system has simple operation,high accuracy and good stability.It can realize the real-time and on-line,non-contact and high precision measurement of the thickness of the coating layer of the small diameter solid rocket motor.
