客车轴箱单卷弹簧参数化建模及性能分析

Parametric modeling and performance analysis for single coil spring ofthe passenger train axle box

摘要: 针对客车轴箱弹簧断裂的现象,应用三维造型软件对轴箱单卷弹簧进行参数化建模,利用ANSYS软件分析弹簧支撑圈与有效圈间隙对弹簧性能的影响。在Workbench系统中对弹簧进行强度、刚度及疲劳强度计算分析,得出这三项性能满足弹簧的设计要求;在模态分析中,得到轴箱弹簧的前十阶模态振型及前十阶的固有频率,通过分析模态振型及相应频率数据,有助于避免弹簧工作时与轴箱及构架发生共振。轴箱单卷弹簧参数化建模及其性能分析结果可为其他高速列车轴箱弹簧的性能分析提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of the axle box spring fracture of passenger train,applies the three dimensional software to model the parameterized axle box single coil spring,and analyzes the performance of spring caused by the gaps between the support circle and effective circle through ANSYS software.The strength,stiffness and fatigue strength of spring were calculated in Workbench system,which concluded that these performances can met the design requirements of spring.The first ten order modal vibration modes and their corresponding natural frequencies data of the axle box spring were obtained by modal analysis,and analyzed the modal vibration modes and frequency data can avoid the resonance phenomenon from axle box springs and frames.The parametric modeling method and analysis result can provide theoretical reference for designing the other axle box spring of high-speed trains.
