高层平面移动式立体车库结构设计及稳定性分析

Structure design and stability analysis of high level planar movable stereo garage

摘要: 介绍了平面移动式立体车库的工作原理,分析了现有平面移动式立体车库的优缺点。研究提出了一种新型高层平面移动式立体车库结构方案,介绍了载车板、搬运台车、汽车回转盘和升降台的结构形式,阐述了高层平面移动式立体车库的存取车原理。考虑了在有风载荷作用、有地震力作用和有风载荷地震力共同作用3种工况下,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench,对钢结构分别进行静力分析和动力学分析,得到变形量和应力值。对比钢结构的安全系数和许用应力,验证了方案钢结构的总体稳定性。

Abstract: Introduced the working principle of planar movable stereo garage,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the existing planar movable stereo garage.Researched and put forward the structure scheme of a new type of high level planar movable stereo garage,introduced the structure form of car carrying board,conveying trolleys,automobile rotary disk and elevating platform,expounded the principle of parking and taking car of high level planar movable stereo garage.When considered in three conditions of wind load,earthquake and earthquake with wind load,steel structures were static analyzed and dynamic analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to get the deformation and the stress.Compared with the safety factor and allowable stress of the steel structure to verify the overall stability of the steel structure scheme.
