基于非线性的塔式起重机结构性能研究

Research on structural property of tower crane based on nonlinear analysis

摘要: 以某塔式起重机为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件对其进行静态分析,结果表明该塔机静强度及静刚度均满足设计要求。采用非线性有限元求解技术,考虑材料非线性以及几何非线性因素,同时塔身标准节间分别按半刚性和全刚性连接方式建立塔机模型进行对比分析。结果显示塔身连接方式对塔机强度和静刚度影响不大,最大偏差均在5%以内,随塔身高度增加,几何非线性因素对塔机的水平静位移影响逐渐增大,塔机处于最大独立高度时,线性解与非线性解计算偏差接近20%。由此得出:在计算塔机静刚度时,应考虑结构的几何非线性。

Abstract: Taking a certain tower crane as the research object,and using finite element software ANSYS to analyze its static strength and stiffness,the result shows that the static strength and stiffness meet the design requirements.Using the nonlinear finite element method,considering material nonlinearity and structure geometrical nonlinearity,comparative analysis was done between different connection form of tower body.The result shows that the connection form has little effect on static strength and stiffness of tower crane,the maximum deviation was less than 5%.With the increase of tower height,the effect of structure geometrical nonlinearity will increase for horizontal static displacement of tower crane.At maximum independent height,the calculated deviation between linear solution and nonlinear solution close to 20%.Therefore,it can be concluded that the calculation considering structure geometrical nonlinearity will more accurate when analyze tower crane’s static stiffness.
