塔式起重机地震响应的时程分析

摘要: 以QTZ315型塔式起重机为研究对象,利用有限元软件ABAQUS研究塔式起重机的自振特性,得出塔式起重机的前5阶固有频率。通过试验提取3点应力,以验证有限元模型的准确性。对塔式起重机施加El-centro地震波,用非线性时程分析法计算塔式起重机在空载和加载状态下,塔式起重机对地震载荷的响应情况。结果表明,在7度多遇地震波作用下,起重臂与塔身连接点的应力和位移随起吊载荷的增加而增加,且变化趋势一致;起吊重量为1.5 t时,起重机因强度失效而发生折断,刚度仍有较大余量。分析结果可为塔式起重机安全使用和合理设计提供参考。

Abstract: With regard to the QTZ315 tower crane,the vibration characteristics and the first five natural frequencies of the tower crane are obtained by using finite element software ABAQUS,Through the test of extracting 3 point stress finite element model is verified.Applying the El-centro seismic wave on tower crane,tower crane response in no-load and loading condition were calculated by non linear time-history analysis method,The results show that in the 7 degree earthquake wave,the stress and displacement of boom and tower body connection point increase with the lifting load,and the change trend is the same.When the lifting weight is 1.5 t,the crane break off duo to strength failure,but the stiffness is still enough.The analysis results provide the scientific guidance for safe use and reasonable design of the crane.
