摘要: 为了实现视情维修,提高重型车辆的可靠性和可维修性,对某重型车辆传动系统的润滑油进行长期光谱监测。根据某重型车辆的润滑油光谱监测数据,构建元素浓度梯度和元素浓度相对度差分二维模型,结合模糊理论和综合评价的思想,研究车辆运行技术状态的综合评价方法。结果表明,此模型具有更高的准确性和稳定性,为重型车辆光谱分析和数据处理提供了新的理论依据。

Abstract: In order to achieve the condition-based maintenance and improve the reliability and maintainability of the heavy vehicles,makes long-term spectrometric oil monitoring of a heavy-duty vehicle drive lubricants,according to spectrum monitoring data,builds the concentration gradient and concentration degree of relative difference two-dimensional model.A comprehensive evaluation method was used to define wear conditions using fuzzy sets theory.Results show that the model has higher accuracy and stability,provides a new theoretical basis for heavy vehicles spectrometric oil analysis and data processing.
