依托产学研资源构建云制造服务平台研究

摘要: 通过分析云制造服务平台在实际开发过程中遇到的资源管理方面的难点,提出依托产学研联盟的固有资源构建服务平台的方案,以降低云制造应用系统在资源管理服务方面的开发难度,提高资源服务的稳定性和可靠性;设计了依托产学研资源的云平台总体服务模型,阐述了云平台的构建方案及各功能模块的开发思路;最后,依托某产学研联盟的资源库建立并试运行了面向机械制造业的云制造管理系统,实现了一定的云服务功能,对服务效果进行了总结评价,为云制造的市场化建设实施做了有益尝试。

Abstract: By analyzing the difficulties of resource management which cloud manufacturing service platform encountered in the actual development process,the scheme to build service platform depend on natural rescource of Industry-University-Research (IUR) alliance is proposed,which can reduce the difficulty of development in resource management services of cloud manufacturing operating system and improve the stability and reliability of the resources services; based on IUR rescource the overall service mode of cloud platform is designed; the construction scheme of cloud platform and the development ideas of each functional module are elaborated; finally the cloud manufacturing management system for machinery manufacturing is established and commissioning relying on a IUR research alliance repository.A certain cloud services is achieved.The service effect is summarized and evaluated.This is a beneficial attempt for the market construction and implementation of cloud manufacturing.
