安全带固定点强度仿真精度分析及过法规优化

The simulation accuracy analysis and optimization of the seatbelt anchorage strength

摘要: 针对GB14167—2013下, 座椅安全带固定点试验过法规困难且增重较多的现象, 对安全带固定点有限元模型的仿真精度进行探究, 旨在以提高仿真精度的方式来指导过法规优化方案的制定。探究了卷收器建模方式、单元积分类型及分布对仿真精度的影响, 并建立了可信度较高的某商用车安全带固定点强度分析有限元模型。通过对传统模型中单元类型及分布进行优化, 在保证计算效率的同时, 使仿真精度得到较大提高。最终, 基于座椅的薄弱部件进行结构优化, 使其满足国家法规要求, 且仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract: With the implementation of new regulation(GB14167—2013), the requirement of seat belt anchorage experiment is difficult to satisfy, meanwhile, the increase of the weight is usually inevitable.In order to pass the new regulation, aims to improve the accuracy of the simulation to guide the optimization design.The influences of modeling method of retractor as well as the integration type and distribution of the element on the simulation accuracy have been studied, a more reliable simulation model for the strength of the x-commercial vehicle seat belt anchorage is set up, modeling of seat belt anchorage strength.Through the optimizing of elements type and distribution in the traditional model, the simulation accuracy has been improved significantly with consideration to the efficiency of calculation.Finally, the structure optimization of the weak parts has been carried out to meet the requirements of national regulation, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment.
