摘要: 以实验室大连机床厂生产的CKA6136i卧式数控车床(FANUC-0i-TD系统)不能回参考点为例, 阐述了基于无挡块返回参考点的控制原理、相关参数的调试及相关PMC梯形图的编辑, 并对机床回零过程中各种形式的故障进行分析、诊断与排除。维修后的6台机床回零正常, 解决了困扰实验人员很久的对刀完成后工件坐标系数值自动偏移导致机床经常撞刀的问题, 提高了生产效率。

Abstract: The CKA6136i horizontal CNC lathe (FANUC-0i-TD system) produced by Dalian Machine Tool Works can not reference the reference point as an example.The control principle based on the reference point without backstop, the debugging of relevant parameters, and to analyze, diagnose and eliminate all kinds of faults in the process of machine homing.After the repair of the six machine back to normal, to solve the troubled laboratory staff for a long time after the completion of the workpiece coordinate system automatically offset the value of the machine tool often hit the knife problem, improve production efficiency.
