通井机下放作业专家模糊PID控制技术研究及应用

Research and application of expert-fuzzy PID control algorithm for tripping in operation of tractor hoist

摘要: 非线性和强干扰性引起速度控制困难是制约通井机修井作业效率的瓶颈问题。以传统履带式通井机为研究对象,建立了针对通井机修井下放作业的专家控制规则,设计了一种基于专家模糊PID控制的通井机下放作业速度控制算法。开发了通井机下放作业速度控制系统,进行了通井机油田修井下放作业试验。试验结果表明,与传统的人工控制相比,所设计的专家模糊PID控制算法可以实现对修井下放作业的良好控制,能够有效地降低司钻的作业强度,提高修井作业的效率和安全性。

Abstract: Speed control difficulty caused by nonlinear and strong interference is the bottleneck problem through the operation efficiency of the tractor hoist.Taking a caterpillar tractor hoist as a research object,an expert fuzzy PID control system of the tripping in operation speed based on tractor hoist was put forward,and the expert control rules were established.then the control device of tripping in operation speed for the tractor hoist was developed,and the workover test of the workover well in the tractor hoist was carried out.The results proved that the expert-fuzzy PID control system can achieve good control of the workover and reduce the working intensity of the workers and improve the efficiency and safety of the workover operation compared with the traditional manual control.
