Simulation of hydraulic excavator excavation resistance based on LS-DYNA

摘要: 针对通过实验测试难以直接获取挖掘阻力载荷谱的问题,提出了一种通过动力学仿真获取挖掘阻力载荷谱的方法。首先在LS-PREPOST软件中建立铲斗-土壤模型;然后选取3条具有代表性的挖掘轨迹作为铲斗模型的运动轨迹;最后使铲斗模型按照此运动轨迹进行挖掘仿真,得到挖掘阻力载荷谱,进一步计算得到3组油缸的推力。以某36 t反铲液压挖掘机为例,根据计算结果与实测数据的对比情况不断地完善铲斗-土壤模型,最终得到了较为准确的挖掘阻力,验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of directly obtaining the load spectrum of excavation resistance through experimental testing,presents a method to obtain the load spectrum of excavation resistance through dynamic simulation.Firstly,the bucket-soil model is established in LS-PREPOST.Then select 3 representative excavation trajectories as the trajectory of the bucket model.Finally,the simulation of bucket digging soil is carried out,the load history of the bucket and three sets of cylinder thrust are obtained.According to the comparison between the calculated results and the measured data from a 36 t backhoe hydraulic excavator,the bucket-soil model is continuously improved,and the more accurate excavation resistance is obtained.The feasibility of the simulation method is verified.
