摘要: 滚滑轴承是一种由内圈、外圈、圆柱滚子和滑块组成的新型轴承,兼有滚动轴承和滑动轴承的优点。由于滑块作用增大了轴承承载能力,且滑块与内圈、外圈之间的润滑油膜能起到减小振动的作用,能有效地提高承载能力、降低磨损和延长使用寿命。基于ABAQUS有限元软件的隐式算法对圆柱滚子轴承和滚滑轴承进行多体接触静力学的仿真,并对仿真结果进行比较,得出滚滑轴承在静力作用下因能有效减轻零件的边缘应力而可承受更大载荷的结论。

Abstract: Rolling-sliding bearing is a new type of bearing which is composes of inner ring,outer ring,cylindrical roller and slider,it have both the advantages of rolling bearing and rolling-sliding bearing.Due to the effect of slider,the bearing capacity is increased,and the lubricating oil film between slider and inner ring and outer ring can play the role of reducing vibration,therefore,rolling-sliding bearing can effectively improve the loading capacity,reduce abrasion and prolong the service life.Simulation of multi-body contact static mechanics of cylindrical roller bearing and rolling-sliding bearing base on ABAQUS software, and comparison show that rolling-sliding bearing can effectively reduce the“edge stress”of the parts in the static force,and can bear a larger load.
