摘要: 针对铝合金加工过程中出现不稳定切割、进电不稳、钼丝与导电块之间产生异常放电等问题,以DK7732型线切割机为例,从预置进给速度、冲刷系统、电加工参数及受电方式等方面进行分析,提出了改进铝合金线切割加工工艺的措施并进行了试验论证。

Abstract: For the unstable cutting,electrical instability,resulting in abnormal discharge between molybdenum wire and conductive block problem processing Aluminum Alloy,based on the DK7732 type line cutting machine as an example,from the preset feed speed,electric parameters,processing system,scouring the way by the power and other aspects of analysis,put forward the improvement Aluminum Alloy line the cutting process measures and experimental research.
