含气量对内燃机机油泵内部困油区压力脉动的影响

Influence of air content on pressure fluctuation in oil reservoir of internal combustion engine oil pump

摘要: 结合某内燃机机油泵的实际结构特征参数,用Proe软件建立了机油泵内部流场的三维几何模型,并用网格划分软件ICEM对其进行网格划分,然后使用FLUENT软件对机油泵内部流场进行了分析,考虑了油液中的理论含气量,本构方程采用非牛顿流体的幂律模型,压力-速度的耦合采用SIMPLEC格式离散,湍动能及耗散率采用二阶迎风格式离散。通过数值模拟方法,系统地考察了含气量、流体性质对困油区及机油泵内流场特性的影响,分析油液中含气量分别为8 %与10 %时机油泵的压力脉动。研究结果表明,在含气量为8 %时,受困油区压力的影响,越靠近困油区,压力脉动越大,即在困油区出口段,压力脉动的大小为T1<T2<T4<T3,困油区入口段为T11<T8<T10<T9;对于困油区,其压力脉动在一个齿轮旋转周期内出现的峰值数等于齿数,其主频率约为齿轮啮合频率的0.1倍,同时在困油区,含气量越大,压力脉动的振幅越小。

Abstract: According to the actual structure characteristics of oil pump parameters,the three-dimensional geometric model of internal flow field of the pump is established by Proe software and mesh with software ICEM,then the internal flow field of the pump were analyzed using the FLUENT software,considering the oil in the theory of air content,using the power law model to describe the rheological properties of non-newtonian fluid constitutive equation for power-law fluid,the pressure velocity coupling with SIMPLEC scheme,turbulent kinetic energy and dissipation rate using two order upwind discretization.The influence of gas content,fluid properties and flow characteristics of oil trapped inside the pump were analyzed by the numerical calculation,the pressure pulsation in 8 % and 10 % content of air are analyzed.The results show that when the air content is 8 %,the influence of pressure in the trapped oil area is higher,and the pressure fluctuation is greater in the nearer to the trapped oil region.It means the magnitude of the pressure pulsation can be expressed as T1<T2<T4<T3 at the outlet section of the trapped oil area, at the inlet section of the trapped oil area, T11<T8<T10<T9. For the trapped oil area,the peak value of the pressure fluctuation in a gear rotating cycle is equal to the number of teeth,and the main frequency is 0.1 times of the gear meshing frequency.The greater the gas content in the trapped oil zone,the smaller the amplitude of the pressure fluctuation.
