某乘用车车内怠速噪声控制研究

摘要: 以某车型车内怠速噪声为研究对象,首先通过试验测试分析导致车内怠速噪声过大的噪声异常峰值及其频率。接着有针对性地开展TroubleShooting试验,锁定空调管路和排气系统第一挂钩安装横梁为问题点。然后综合利用试验调校和仿真优化方法,对空调管路振动响应和横梁动力学特性进行整改。最后对该车型车内怠速噪声进行改善,达到目标值要求。上述研究内容可为同类车型NVH性能开发过程中规避技术风险提供方案借鉴,同时表明综合运用试验调校与仿真优化技术是控制车内怠速噪声的一种快速、精准和有效的方法。

Abstract: Taking the idling noise in car as research object,firstly,the noise anomaly peaks and their frequencies,which causes the excessive idling noise in car,are analyzed through the tests.Secondly,by a series of TroubleShooting tests,lock the air conditioning pipe and the beam for installing the first hanger of exhaust system as the problem points.And then,the method of test adjustment and simulation optimization is used synthetically to rectify the vibration response of the air conditioning pipe and the dynamic characteristics of the beam.Finally,the idling noise in car is improved,and reaches the target value requirements.The above research can provide reference for circumventing technological risks in the NVH performance development of the same type vehicle,meanwhile,it shows that the integrated application of test adjustment and simulation optimization technology is a fast,accurate and effective method to control the idling noise in car.
