Optimum reliability model and analysis for CNC grinding machine

摘要: 可靠性评估是可靠性工作的首要任务,为了避免在可靠性建模过程中的主观性,并取代繁琐的计算过程,首先采用四分位距法对故障数据进行离群值判定,进而使用MINITAB软件实现对有效故障数据的可靠性模型优选,最后通过线性相关性和K-S检验来验证该方法的准确性;同时,为了提高数控磨床可靠性水平,采用失效模式与影响分析、故障树分析方法对机床进行可靠性分析,并对关键故障因素提出有效的可靠性改善措施;以上方法在项目中均得到有效应用,对提升该机床可靠性水平及今后的可靠性设计改进有着重要作用。

Abstract: Reliability evaluation is the primary task of reliability work,in order to avoid the subjectivity in the process of reliability modeling and replace the cumbersome calculation process,firstly,the Inter-Quartile Range(IQR) method is used to determine the outliers of the fault data,and then the MINITAB software is used to optimize the reliability model of the effective data,finally,the linear correlation and K-S test are put forward to verify the accuracy of the method.Meanwhile,in order to improve the reliability level of CNC grinder,the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) methods are used to analyze the reliability of the machine tools,and effective reliability improvement measures for key failure factors are put forward.The above methods are effectively applied in the project,which play important roles in improving the reliability level of the machine tool and improving the reliability design in the future.
