设备预防性维护策略与维护车辆调度的联合优化

Joint optimization of equipment preventive maintenance strategy and maintenance vehicle scheduling

摘要: 现有预防性维护模型在建立过程中忽略了设备的运行特点,缺乏针对性;随着整体最优的管理思想深入人心,在制定设备维护计划时应考虑维护资源的调度。基于此首先以运行过程中不允许故障停机的设备为研究对象,利用设备可靠性与役龄之间的对应关系,建立了基于设备可靠性区间的顺序预防性维护模型。之后对维护中心的成本因素进行分析,根据设备的维护计划建立了维护中心成本最小化模型,在维护资源已定的情况下,对维护计划进行择优。最后以故障时间符合威布尔分布的某医用监护仪为例进行仿真分析,结果显示,所提的维护模型符合设备的维护实际,证明了所提联合优化方法的可行性。

Abstract: Existing maintenance models are lacking in relevance due to the neglect of the operating characteristics of these devices during the establishment process.The scheduling of maintain resource should be taken into account when formulating the equipment maintenance plan as the overall optimal management idea being popular.Based on this,it takes the equipment that does not allow downtime during operation as the research target,and establishes the sequence preventive maintenance model by using the relationship between equipment reliability and service age.Secondly,In order to optimize the maintenance plan under the condition that the maintenance resources are fixed,it establishes the maintenance center cost minimization model according to the maintenance plan of the equipment based on the analyzing of cost factors for the maintenance center.Finally,it takes a medical monitor that its failure time subjects to Weibull distribution as an example.The simulation results show that the model can meet the maintenance of the equipment and proves the feasibility of the proposed joint optimization method.
