基于ANSYS的面齿轮轮齿刚度影响因素分析

Analysis of the stiffness influence factors of face gear tooth based on ANSYS

摘要: 面齿轮轮齿刚度是面齿轮传动动态分析及优化设计的重要参数,面齿轮设计参数对其轮齿刚度有重要影响。建立了面齿轮传动模型,运用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench和Ansys Classic对面齿轮不同啮合点处的轮齿刚度进行了联合仿真,研究了面齿轮主要设计参数对其轮齿刚度的影响。结果表明:面齿轮轮齿刚度沿齿根到齿顶方向逐渐减小,随着面齿轮模数、压力角及齿宽的增大而相应增大;面齿轮轮齿刚度沿齿根到齿顶的变化率随着模数的增大而变小,随着齿宽的增大而增大,而压力角对其变化率基本没有影响。

Abstract: Tooth stiffness of face gear is the main parameter of dynamic analysis and optimization design for face gear transmission,and the design parameters of face gear have important influence on the stiffness of face gear tooth.The finite element analyses about the tooth’s stiffness of different meshing points are made based on Ansys Workbench and Ansys Classic.It researched that analysis of influence of tooth’s stiffness by main design parameters of face gear.From the results,the conclusions can be obtained as follow:Tooth’s stiffness of face gear decreases along the direction of tooth root to the tip gradually,and tooth’s stiffness increases with the increase of module,pressure Angle,tooth width;the changing ratio of tooth’s stiffness along the tooth root to the tip increases with the decrease of module,as the tooth width increases,the pressure angle doesn’t much affect on the changing ratio.
