轴类零件外圆磨削参数的优化模型与应用

Optimization model of multi-process grinding parameters for shaft parts and its application

摘要: 分析了磨削工艺参数对加工精度和生产效率的影响,针对磨削工艺参数选择问题,建立了以磨削加工表面粗糙度、工件刚度、磨床功率、磨床参数和加工余量等作为约束条件,以磨削余量、纵向进给量和背吃刀量等磨削参数为优化变量,以多道磨削工序成本组成的工艺成本最低为目标的磨削参数优化模型。以某型号电动机轴为实例,运用MATLAB软件对电动机轴磨削参数进行优化求解;将所得结果与根据磨削手册和经验选择的磨削参数进行比较表明,采用优化后的磨削参数计算得到的磨削工艺成本可降低近19%,从而验证了优化模型的有效性。

Abstract: It is important how to choose the grinding parameters,as the cost of grinding is very high.The influence of grinding parameters to the surface roughness and the production efficiency was discussed.Aimed at the cutting parameters of grinding for outer cylindrical grinding,an optimization model which is based on the minimum process cost of grinding was established.The model is constrained by roughness of the machined surface,the stiffness of the part,the power of the grinding machine,the parameters of the grinding machine,and the grinding allowance.The variables of the optimization includes the grinding allowance,the lengthwise travel rate of table and the depth of cut.Finally,an experiment case of a motor shaft was performed to verify the validity of the optimization model,compared with the traditional methods,process costs have been reduced by almost 19%.
