医用护理康复训练器的设计及性能分析

Design and analysis of a medical caring and rehabilitation training device

摘要: 针对当前下肢残障患者众多、人口老龄化问题突显而护理康复训练设备短缺的状况,设计出一种多功能的医用护理康复训练器。详细介绍了该训练器的结构及功能,包括训练器的设计参数、电动与手动升降机构、张角调整机构和折叠机构。根据第一代样机的设计经验及反复论证,最终确定以脚踏滑块方式作为手动驱动的设计方案,并在AUTODESK Inventor CAD开发环境下完成了器械的所有零/部件的三维建模及整机装配,同时借助MATLAB仿真平台完成了关键机构运动状态的分析。仿真实验结果表明,该训练器具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性,符合预期设计的要求。

Abstract: Medical caring and rehabilitation device has been designed with the purpose of solving problems for those patients with lower limb paralysis and older people who have mobility difficulties,and yet there is a lack of proper medical equipment currently in the market.The structure and its function of this device are introduced in details,including the design parameters,electric and manual lifting mechanism,adjustment mechanism and folding mechanism etc.According to the first generation of prototype design experience and repeated proof,finally confirmed by foot slider and as a design scheme of the manual,and complete all the parts of the equipment of 3D modeling and the whole machine assembly in the AUTODESK Inventor CAD development environment,at the same time with the help of MATLAB simulation platform,the key state of mechanism motion analysis is completed.Results show that this device has sufficient structural strength,stiffness and stability,which meets the requirements for the expected design specification.
