移车台结构系统分析及轻量化设计

摘要: 以某移车台车架结构为研究对象,在ANSYS软件中建立其参数化有限元模型并进行分析。针对分析结果中悬臂端刚度不足的问题,除将车架主梁、横梁截面尺寸作为优化设计变量外,增加结构支承位置作为优化设计变量,建立了两种移车台优化数学模型。在Isight软件中建立响应面近似模型,利用多岛遗传算法寻优求解。优化结果表明,改进后移车台车架结构的强度、刚度均满足设计要求,且结构自重下降33.72 %,轻量化效果显著。研究结果可对移车台车架结构方案的合理制定及改进提供依据。

Abstract: Taking a transfer table structure system as research object,the parametric finite element model is built and analysed by ANSYS.For this transfer table,two optimization mathematical models were built to solve the problem of insufficient stiffness of cantilever which increase the structural support location as optimal design variables besides the girder cross section size parameters.Building the response surface approximation model in Isight,the Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm(MIGA) was used to solve the problem.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the improved structure can meet the requirements.The weight of the structure can be decreased by 33.72 %,and the lightweight effect was obvious.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for design and optimize of transfer table.
