基于改进熵权TOPSIS的钢铁行业设备上云效果评价研究*

Research on equipment cloudification effect evaluation in steel industry based on improved entropy weight TOPSIS

摘要: 为准确评价企业通过设备上云实现的经济、环保及能力提升等效果,解决钢铁行业缺少设备上云效果评价手段,企业普遍依赖专家经验或单一经济指标评估设备上云效果,导致评价主观性较强、维度单一和不准确的问题,从设备接入、设备服务和总体收益3个维度搭建了面向钢铁行业的设备上云效果评价指标体系,提出一种改进熵权TOPSIS法设定指标权重,使指标权重设定更为精确,应用模糊综合评价等方法计算企业设备上云效果得分,建设钢铁行业设备上云效果评价系统为企业提供自评估服务,并选取5家典型企业数据进行应用分析,验证了该方法能够帮助企业评估设备上云应用效果,指导企业科学开展设备上云工作。

Abstract: To accurately evaluate the effects of economic,environmental protection,and capacity improvement achieved by the equipment cloudification,solve the problem of lacking evaluation methods for equipment cloudification effects,enterprises generally rely on expert experience or economic indicators to evaluate equipment cloudification effect,resulting in strong subjectivity,single dimensionality,and inaccurate evaluation. An equipment cloudification effect evaluation index system for the steel industry has been established based on three dimensions of equipment access,equipment service and overall revenue. An improved entropy weight TOPSIS method is proposed to set indicator weights more accurately,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are applied to calculate cloudification effect scores. An equipment cloudification effect evaluation system for the steel industry is constructed to provide self-evaluation for steel enterprises,and select 5 typical enterprises′ data to verified that this method can help enterprises evaluate the effect of equipment cloudification and guide enterprises to scientifically carry out equipment cloudification work.
