基于逆向工程的骨水泥间隔器阴模设计

The cavity block of cement articulating spacer design based on reverse engineering

摘要: 逆向工程技术在人工骨骼的修复与制造中的应用是逆向工程技术研究的一个重要方面。人工关节置换手术日益普及,但关节置换手术后存在感染问题,骨水泥间隔器作为人工关节的暂代物在术后治疗中取得了较好的效果。由于骨水泥硬化速度快及医生制作熟练度等原因,医生制作骨水泥间隔器过程中存在间隔器制作精度低且难以与人体骨骼达到较好的匹配等问题。基于上述问题,提出了以逆向工程为基础的骨水泥间隔器阴模的设计流程,实现其阴模的快速设计,为骨水泥间隔器的制造提供一种简便、高效的方法,并以人体膝关节假体为例,实现整个设计流程。

Abstract: The application of artificial bone repair and manufacture is an important aspect of the reverse engineering technology research.Artificial joint replacement surgery has increasing popularity.After joint replacement surgery,infections may be frequent.The treatment of cement articulating spacer as artificial joints temporarily in postoperative has good utilize effect.However,because of bone cement hardening speed and doctor’s hand make proficiency,etc,cement articulating spacer production precision is low and is difficult to achieve good matching with human bones.Given the problems above,presented a cavity block of cement articulating spacer design process based on reverse engineering,to realize the fast design of the cavity block,which provided a simple and efficient method for bone cement spacer manufacturing.To take artificial knee joint as an example,the entire design process was implemented.
