摘要: 汽车覆盖件模具在冲压生产过程中会因人员操作不当、异物进入和堵塞废料等原因而发生模具损坏现象。以某车型后纵梁加强板模具断裂镶块的修复为例,介绍逆向工程技术在模具修复中的应用。提出了基于三款逆向CAD/CAE软件各自优势功能对断裂镶块进行修复的流程。先通过三坐标扫描仪获取镶块的点云数据,再利用Geomagic Studio软件对点云数据进行优化和网格处理,然后使用Geomagic Design Direct软件进行曲面重构,最后通过Geomagic Qualify软件检测重构曲面的精度。实践结果表明:此方法能够提高模具修复的精度,缩短制作周期。

Abstract: Automobile cover parts mold damaging because of improper operation,foreign body into mold or jams waste of mold in stamping process.By reinforcement plate mold damaging of rear longitudinal beam as an example,introducing the application of reverse engineering technology in mould repairing.Is proposed based on the three reverse CAD/CAE software function of their respective advantages for fracture set piece of repair process.First getting point cloud data by three-dimensional scanner,optimizing the point cloud data and the grid by the Geomagic Studio software,then using Geomagic Design Direct software for surface reconstruction,finally through the Geomagic Qualify software testing the precision of the reconstructed surface.Practice results show that this method can improve the accuracy of repair mould,reduce the production cycle.
