摘要: 介绍了厚板窄间隙埋弧自动焊机PLC控制系统的结构、功能和原理。该系统以S7-200系列PLC为核心, 采用eView触摸屏, 高效地实现了厚板窄间隙埋弧自动焊机的各项控制功能, 具有人机界面友好、抗干扰能力强和工作稳定可靠等特点。该系统已在所研制的厚板窄间隙埋弧自动焊机上得到应用, 取得了良好效果。

Abstract: The PLC control system of thick plate narrow gap automatic submerged-arc welding machine is introduced , including its framework, functions and principles. The system with S7-200 series PLC as the core, can efficiently achieve the control functions of narrow gap automatic submerged-arc welding machine. It has the advantages of high stability, strong anti-interference ability, friendly interface, and low cost. It has been used in thick plate narrow gap submerged arc welding machine. And good results have been achieved.
