基于结构光表面缺陷检测系统设计与开发

Designs and development of surface fault defects system based on structure light technology

摘要: 为了能够检测零/部件表面缺陷,获取其立体特征信息,提出了基于结构光的表面缺陷检测技术。首先在介绍结构光技术的基础上提出了基于结构光技术的测量系统,之后对其进行了硬件系统选型及基于MATLAB的软件系统设计,最后在实验室条件下对某一曲柄连杆表面的孔缺陷进行了检测,用于该系统的验证。实验结果表明:所设计的系统能够实现表面缺陷的立体数据获取,且该方法的测量误差可以控制在5 %以内。

Abstract: In order to measure the surface defects of the parts and obtain the 3-dimensional characteristic information,the surface defect detection system is proposed based on structured light technology.Firstly,the measurement system based on structured light technology is presented based on the introduction of structured light technology.Then the hardware system selection and the software system design is realized based on MATLAB software.Finally,the system was applied to decte the surface defects of connectiong-rod under the laboratory condition.The experimental results show that the designed system can acquire the 3D data of the surface defects and show the data in the picture when the measurement error can be controlled within 5 %.
