一种移液管在线定长切割方法研究

Research on the online fixed length cutting method of the pipette

摘要: 为解决移液管在线定长切割问题,提出了新型在线切割方法。将在线切割运动分解为轴向、径向及割刀旋转三个方向的合运动[1]。以待切割移液管的出模初始速度、定长切割长度和移液管直径等为初始条件,建立含有初始速度、径向速度以及轴向速度等的变量关系,其运动关系通过数学分析计算,得出控制运动切割速度关系的合理解,实现在线定长切割[2-3]。该理论方法通过试制样机测试得到验证,并减少了原材料的浪费,提高了生产效率,获得了较大的经济效益。

Abstract: A new online method was proposed in order to solve the problem of pipette online fixed-length cutting.The cutting motion was decomposed into three directions of movement[1] (the axial,radial and cutter rotating).The speed of cutting the pipette,fixed-length cutting length,and the diameter of pipette were selected as the initial conditions,which contributed to establish the relation of variables including initial,radial,and axial velocity.Meanwhile,the movement relation could be derived by mathematical analysis to get the promising solution of the control movement and achieve the online fixed-length cutting[2-3].This theoretical method has been proved by trial production prototype test,which could reduce the waste of raw materials,improve the production efficiency,and gain more economic benefits.
