直线电动机进给系统滚动导轨结合面动态特性参数识别优化

摘要: 机床结合面对整机的动静态特性有着重要的影响,结合面动态特性参数的识别对提高整机性能、缩短研发周期有重要意义。提出基于LMS Test.Lab试验模态分析和ANSYS响应面法的动态特性参数识别优化方法。基于结合面等效刚度和阻尼值在ANSYS软件中建立直线电动机进给系统有限元模型,对系统进行仿真模态分析,并通过LMS Test.Lab系统进行模态试验测试,对比仿真模态参数和试验测试模态参数,并通过试验测试结果修正有限元模型。最终使仿真模态参数值与试验测试结果相差在8%以内,验证了该有限元模型的准确性。

Abstract: The joint surface of machine tools has an important influence on the dynamic and static characteristics of the whole machine.The identification of dynamic characteristic parameters of the joint surface is of great significance to improve the performance of the whole machine and shorten the development cycle.A method combining the LMS Test.Lab modal analysis and ANSYS response surface methodology was proposed to identify the dynamic characteristic parameters.The finite element model of linear motor feed system was established in ANSYS software based on the equivalent stiffness and damping value of joint surface,and the simulation modal analysis of the system was carried out.Modal experiment test was done by LMS Test.Lab.Comparison of simulated modal parameters and experimental modal parameters was done to modify the finite element model.In the end,the error of the experimental modal parameters and the simulated modal parameters is less than 8%,which verify the accuracy of the finite element model.
