Improving study on minority carrier lifetime of polycrystalline silicon oriented to green energy production in manufacturing process

摘要: 为提升绿色能源多晶硅的少子寿命(Minority Carrier Lifetime, MCI), 根据生产过程中影响少子寿命的特性要因, 引入六西格玛管理法, 按照DMAIC(定义D、测量M、分析A、改进I和控制C)分析流程提出质量改进方案并实施, 最终得到满意结果:少子寿命(MCI)由3.69 μs提升到4.16 μs, 工序能力指数CPK由0.66提高到1.09;实证分析表明, 运用六西格玛管理法不仅提升了硅材料的少子寿命, 实现了预期目标, 还产生了显著的经济收益。

Abstract: In order to enhance the minority carrier lifetime of green energy polycrystalline silicon, according to the production process of the influence factors of MCI, six Sigma was introduced;quality improvement scheme was put forward and then implement by DMAIC analysis process.Finally got satisfied results:MCI increased from 3.69μs to 4.16μs.what`s more, process capacity indicates enhanced from 0.66 to 1.09, The empirical research show that six Sigma method which was successful improved the minority carrier lifetime of silicon material, but also the expect goal was achieved and significantly economic benefits were produced.
