FluidSIM软件在车身车间设备培训中的应用

摘要: 针对刚入职的车身车间设备维修新员工在学习设备维修技能时存在由于图样、说明书过于抽象不够直观,导致对设备原理理解困难、学习效果差的问题,提出利用FluidSIM软件对车身车间维修员进行设备知识培训的方法,利用FluidSIM软件内置丰富的教学功能进行气动及液压元件原理的讲解,利用FluidSIM软件绘图功能绘制车身车间常见设备的工作原理图,同时通过FluidSIM软件仿真功能模块对设备运行过程进行模拟仿真,使维修员能够更加清晰深入地理解设备工作原理,并且维修员可以亲自参与设计常用电控、气控及液压原理图,培养了维修员的学习兴趣,大大提高了培训效果。

Abstract: Because the equipment drawings and instructions are too abstract and confused,it is hard for the newly-entered equipment maintenance staff to understand the principle of the equipments in body shop,puts forward a method to solve this problem.Fluidsim software is used in equipment knowledge training for the maintenance staff in body shop.Rich teaching function is contained in FluidSIM software which can be used in elucidating the principle of pneumatic and hydraulic components,and also by using this software can draw the equipment schematic diagram,meanwhile,simulation function module is contained in FluidSIM software which can be used in simulating the operation process of the equipments,maintenance staff can deeply understand the equipments working principle by watching this simulation process.Maintenance staff can personally participate in the design of commonly used electrical control,pneumatic and hydraulic schematic diagram,cultivate their study interest,greatly improve the training effect.
