基于HybirdⅢ和THUMS人体模型的正面碰撞下前排乘员伤害研究

Study on frontal occupant injury in frontal impact based on HybirdⅢand THUMS model

摘要: 基于某SUV车型,分别建立了HybirdⅢ假人和THUMS人体的正面碰撞下乘员侧约束系统有限元模型。对该模型的力学特性进行了分析,并对比试验结果,两者吻合较好,从而验证了其可靠性。利用该模型,对HybirdⅢ假人和THUMS人体的运动和伤害情况进行了分析。结果表明:针对HybirdⅢ假人进行匹配的安全气囊和安全带不再适用于THUMS人体;THUMS人体模型可以更加直观和全面地展现人体的伤害状况,较HybirdⅢ假人有更大的优势。

Abstract: Based on a SUV model,the occupant restraint system model of lateral frontal impact HybirdⅢ dummy and THUMS body was established.The mechanical properties of the model were analyzed,at the same time the simulation results were compared with experimental results,they are in good agreement which indicates the reliability of the model.Using this model,the movement and damage of HybirdⅢ dummy and THUMS body were analyzed.The results show that the airbags and seatbelts matched against HybirdⅢ are no longer applicable to the THUMS.THUMS can be intuitional and comprehensive for the body injury and have a greater advantage than Hybird Ⅲ.
