氧传感器保护罩-基座装配机及其控制系统设计

Design of assembly machine and its control system for oxygen sensor protective cover-pedestal

摘要: 为提高氧传感器保护罩和基座的装配效率,保证设备的运行可靠性,设计了氧传感器保护罩-基座装配机及其控制系统。详细分析了装配机的整体方案及工作原理,重点设计了系统的关键部件,包括推送机构和装配机构;介绍了控制系统的硬件组成,包括主控单元、系统驱动执行模块、传感检测模块和触摸屏;具体描述了控制系统的软件部分,阐述了PLC的控制流程,选用GT-Designer3设计系统的操作界面,实现人机交互。该设备现已投入企业使用,实际运行结果表明:该装配机性能稳定,装配效率提高了25.3 %,装配良品率高达99.96 %,满足企业生产要求。

Abstract: In order to improve the assembly efficiency of the oxygen sensor protective cover and pedestal,and to ensure the reliability of equipment operation,the assembly machine and its control system for oxygen sensor protective cover-pedestal were designed.The whole scheme and working principle of the assembly machine were analyzed in detail,the key parts of the system were designed,including the pushing mechanism and the assembling mechanism.The hardware structure of the control system was introduced,including the main control unit,the system driver module,sensing module and the touch screen.The software part of the control system was described concretely,the control flow of PLC was elaborated,GT-Designer3 was used to design the operation interface of the system to realize human-computer interaction.The equipment has been put into use,and actual operation results show that the assembly machine is stable in performance,the assembly efficiency is improved by 25.3 %,and the assembly yield rate reaches as high as 99.96 %,which meets the production requirements.
