盘形凸轮参数化设计及运动仿真

摘要: 以平面凸轮机构为主要研究对象,选用三维设计软件SolidWorks作为凸轮轮廓线参数化CAD系统开发平台,利用SolidWorks API函数库结合Visual Basic 6.0的编程环境,通过对凸轮轮廓线的校核分析,在SolidWorks软件中精确地生成了凸轮轮廓线,并在VB窗体输出其运动线图及自动校正后的凸轮基圆半径,成功实现了盘形凸轮的参数化建模。运用SolidWorks软件自带的Motion模块对其所建立的凸轮装配体进行运动仿真,验证系统的可靠性。

Abstract: With the mechanism of plane cam as the main subject,chooses SolidWorks as the development platform for cam profile parametric CAD system and makes use of the programming environment for the combination of the SolidWorks API library with Visual Basic 6.0.By the check analysis of the cam profile,generates accurate cam profile in SolidWorks and outcomes its movement chart in VB as well as its automatically corrected cam circle radius,successfully establishing the parametric modeling of disc cam.Also makes motion simulation of the established cam assemblies by the use software Motion in SolidWorks.As a result,it verifies the reliability of the system.
