汽车装配标准工时设计中模块化设计方法的研究

Research on modular design method of standard time design in automobile assembly

摘要: 汽车装配工序中含有较多的重复动作,为提高制定标准工时的效率,以含有较多重复动作的“安装左侧尾门线束树至左侧尾门”的装配工序为例,提出一种新的标准工时设计方法,即模块化设计方法。基于标准工时分析方法MTM-UAS,将装配动作分为常量动作要素和变量动作要素,将含有重复动作的工序作为一个模块,形成模块的标准工时计算公式。将此方法应用于汽车“铺设线束”类装配的5道工序中,以每一道工序作为一个模块进行设计,得到5个模块的标准工时计算公式。通过对比发现,用此新方法对工序进行工时分析,得出的标准工时与MTM-UAS分析得出的标准工时相同,但分析速度有很大的提高,表明该方法具有可行性,可推广到所有含有较多重复动作工序的标准工时设计中。

Abstract: There are many actions contained in automobile assembly,using wire installation position of automobile left tail gate as examples to put forward a new kind of design method of standard time that is modular design method in order to improve the efficiency of formulating standard time.Based on Methods-Time Measurement-Universal Analyzing System (MTM-UAS),the assembly action can be divided into constant action elements and variable action,and the process contained repetitive process is as a module which formats standard time formula.The five processes that exist in “laying wiring harness” assembly work are applied by this method,concluded standard time formulation of five module by a module as a process to design.The standard time of process analyzed by new method and MTM-UAS is identical by comparing,but analysis speed is improved.It can be seen that the modular design method of standard time can improve the efficiency of the time analysis,and it can be extended to all process contained repetitive action.
