摘要: 针对塔机起重臂易受起升、制动和风载等载荷的影响产生共振的现象,在大型有限元软件ABAQUS中建立其三维模型,对其进行模态分析,得出静定和超静定约束对起重臂固有频率的影响,并根据最大起吊载荷对臂架进行谐响应分析,得出臂架结构对不同频率载荷的位移响应特性,为起重臂的合理设计和设备的安全使用提供科学的指导。

关键词: 塔机起重臂, 模态分析, 谐响应分析, 共振

Abstract: Aiming at the boom of the tower crane inevitably exiting resonance phenomenon because of frequent starting, braking and wind load, a complete dynamic model of the boom of the tower crane is setup by the finite element software ABAQUS. Through the modal analysis , it determined the impact of key modal frequency of statically determinate and indeterminate structure constraint. And according to the maximum lifting weight of the boom , a harmonic response analysis was carried out to get the displacement frequency curve. The result provides the scientific guidance for reasonable design and safe use of the boom.
