摘要: 提出一种以C型补偿原理、参数编程及高级缩放功能综合应用实现空间三维曲面加工的手工编程方法,并以弧面五角星为载体,在分析其结构特点及加工难点的基础上,依据该方法制定工艺及加工流程。针对不同类型刀具的加工原理,分析确定关键参数,编写加工程序,并在机床上进行验证,最终实现了加工目标。该方法成功解决了刀具干涉导致的星型不能收尖问题。

Abstract: The manual programming method to realize 3D surface machining that based on C compensation principle,macro program and advanced zoom function is proposed.And use the pentagram of cambered surface as the carrier,on the basis of analyzing the structure characteristics and the machining difficulty,according to this method,ascertain process and flow.Aim at different types of tool processing principle,analysis and determination of key parameters,the preparation of the program,and verify in the machine tool,and ultimately achieve the processing objectives.Successfully solved the problem of the shape of pentagram owing to the tool interference caused can not become a point.
