某纯电动城市物流车电池箱模态分析优化及试验验证

摘要: 针对某型纯电动城市物流车电池箱在行驶中发生振动问题,采用有限元模态及试验模态分析,得到其模态频率与振型;并通过比较有限元模态与试验模态分析结果,验证电池箱有限元模型的可靠性。基于试验模态分析结果确定电池箱优化区域以及优化目标。利用有限元法对优化前后的电池箱模态进行对比分析,结果证明优化后电池箱模态频率得到普遍提升。对电池箱结构设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Analyzes a certain type of pure electric urban logistics vehicle battery box’s finite element modal and experimental modal,giving its modal frequencies and mode type.And by comparing the finite element modal and experimental modal’s analysis results,verify the reliability of the battery box finite element model.Based on the experimental modal analysis to get region and goals for battery box to optimize.Using the finite element method of comparative battery box before and after optimization mode,the results show the optimized battery box modal frequency has been generally improved.It has a certain reference value to the battery box structure design.
