十字陶瓷管件相贯曲面的对研及装置设计

摘要: 由三段碳化硅陶瓷管件组成的十字正交陶瓷结构件,左右两段陶瓷管件分别与中间陶瓷管件相贯配合形成两个相贯曲面,工艺要求通过研磨使两端的相贯曲面精密配合达到密封条件,为保证研磨加工质量和满足两端相贯曲面精密配合密封的技术性能要求,对十字正交陶瓷管件相贯曲面的研磨加工工艺进行了探讨研究,提出了两端相贯曲面相同工况下的同时对等对研加工工艺方案,设计了专用精密差动螺旋调节机构及装夹机构配套装置。通过实际对研加工验证,研磨质量和精度完全满足产品的技术性能要求。

Abstract: Here is a cross orthogonal ceramic parts composed of three sections of SiC ceramic pipe,two intersecting curved surfaces are formed at the both ends of the parts.The design requirements need to meet precision fit and achieve sealing at the both intersecting curved surfaces by grinding.To ensure the quality of grinding process and to meet precision fit and the sealing technology requirements at the both intersecting curved surfaces.In present work,design and manufacture of cross-intersectional ceramic pipes had been systematically investigated.Lapping finishing technics of pipe intersection line also had been discussed.Special clamp tool and differential screw fine-tuning mechanism were designed and fabricated in order to reach the required sealability.The results showed that accuracy and quality of crossed ceramic pipe met the accepted engineering requirement after lapping process.
