弧面分度凸轮机构的3D参数化建模及模态分析

3D parameterized modeling and modal analysis of globoidal indexing cam mechanism

摘要: 根据弧面凸轮工作廓面方程,利用CREO2.0软件建立弧面分度凸轮的精确三维(3D)参数化模型,与常见的“点—线—面—体”法相比,3D模型更准确,速度更快,给出了具体实现程序。经过装配和修复后,3D模型一致性良好,数据完整。将3D模型数据变换为适用于ABAQUS软件的STEP文件格式,采用ABAQUS软件对其进行模态分析,克服了其他专业有限元分析软件前处理不足的缺点,提高了有限元分析的效率。给出了载荷盘所在输出轴的前6阶固有频率和振型图,并分析了其振动响应的表现形态。

Abstract: According to the surface equation of the globoidal cam,based on CREO2.0,the 3D parametric model of globoidal indexing cam can be established accurately,it is more accurate and faster than common method——“point—line—plane—body”,and the feasibility program was given.After assembling and repairing,due to good model consistency,data integrity,the data was transformed into the STEP file that adapted to ABAQUS,the modal was analysed by using ABAQUS,overcame the deficiency of other professional finite element analysis software preprocessor,improved the efficiency of the finite element analysis.The former six steps natural frequencies and vibration type figures of the output shaft which installed in the load disk were gotten,the performance forms of vibration response were analysed.
