摘要: 针对直接成方冷弯型钢机组的轧辊位置调整方式存在的效率低、可靠性及成型精度不高以及自动化程度低等缺点,设计了轧辊位置自动调整系统,该系统运用自动控制技术、传感器技术、工业通讯技术及人机交互界面(HMI)组态技术,以高性能的PLC控制器为控制核心,通过PLC控制的三相异步电动机驱动与减速器连接的齿轮及联轴器机构,从而带动与上下水平轴相连的轧辊产生位移,采用限位开关标定零点位置并通过对检距传感器信号的分析与反馈,构建闭环控制系统,进而提高轧辊位置调整精度。现场使用表明,整个系统操作简便、稳定性好且用时少,轧辊位移最大检测误差仅为-2~+2 mm。该系统可以根据钢管规格自动调用相应轧辊位置数据,在提高计算和换型的速度以及精度的同时,避免了人工的浪费,使企业生产效率得到大幅度提高。为了能够对配辊参数进行预测以及方便对机组的管理,引入机组健康管理系统来分析和监测机组运行状态。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of inefficiency,instability,inaccurate and low degree of automation,the roll position automatic adjustment system is designed for the one time forming of cold-formed steel unit.The automatic control technology,sensor technology,communication technology and Human Machine Interface(HMI) configuration technology are applied to this system and with the high performance PLC controller as control core.Triple-phase asynchronous motor controlled by PLC(S7-1500) driving gear connected with reducer and coupling,so as to drive rolls connected with the upper and lower horizontal axis to move;the osiswitch is used to calibration zero position and the closed-loop control system is constructed by analyzing and feedback the signal of the sensor,and in this way can improve the roll position adjustment accuracy.The practical applications show that the whole system is simple,stable and efficient,the maximum detection error of roller displacement is only±2 mm.The system can automatically call the corresponding roll position data according to the specification of the steel pipe.The system not only improve the change speed and accuracy,but also avoids the waste of manpower,so that make the enterprise production efficiency has been greatly improved.Meanwhile,in order to predict the roller parameters and carry out efficient management of the unit,the unit health management system was used to analyze and monitor the status of the unit in real time.
